Bei der Herstellung von Formteilen aus flüssigen, gegebenenfalls in der Form aus schäumenden Ausgangsstoffen tritt das Problem auf, daß die im Formnest vor handene Luft beim Materialeintrag übergewälzt wird bzw. durch die Fließfront eingeschlossen wird und nicht über eine Dichtkante abfließen kann. In der Formtrennebene 3 ist ferner eine umlaufende Dichtung 11 vorgesehen, die außerhalb des Drainage kanals 4 verläuft. Ferner ist schematisch ein Polyurethanmischkopf 9 vorgesehen, dessen Auslaß in das Formnest 10 mündet.
