  • - falls ein Nachrichtenkanal des digitalen Datennetzes frei ist, unmittelbares Aufbauen einer Verbindung zwischen der dezentralen Einheit und der Zentrale über den Nachrichtenkanal aufgrund des von der dezentralen Einheit über den Signalisierungskanal übertragenen Verbindungswunsches; und
  • - anderenfalls späteres Aufbauen einer Verbindung zwischen der Zentrale und der dezentralen Einheit aufgrund eines von der Zentrale herbeigeführten Verbindungsaufbaus.
