Ein gattungsgemäßer Scheibenbremssattel mit Bremsschlauch verdrehsicherung ist in der Offenlegungsschrift DE 42 43 183 A1 erläutert. Der Druckgeber besteht üblicherweise aus einem mittels eines Bremspedals betätigten Hauptbremszylinder. Da die Räder des Kraftfahrzeugs wegen der Federung und der Len kung gegenüber der Karosserie beweglich sind, ist die Hy draulikleitung teilweise als flexibler Bremsschlauch aus gebildet. Bei einer gattungsgemäßen Scheibenbremse ist nun der Bremsschlauch an seinem Ende mit einem Ringstutzen versehen, der mittels einer Hohlschraube, die in eine Ver sorgungsbohrung des Bremszylinders eingeschraubt ist, an die hydraulische Betätigungsvorrichtung angeschlossen. Dabei steht die Schlauchachse im wesentlichen senkrecht auf der Schraubenachse, so daß der Bremsschlauch seitlich vom Ringstutzen wegführt. Bei einer solchen Anordnung be steht jedoch die Gefahr, daß bei Bewegung des Bremsschlauches ein Drehmoment auf den Ringstutzen ausge übt wird, dieser um die Schraubenachse gedreht wird und die Hohlschraube gelockert wird. Unter ungünstigen Umstän den können dadurch Undichtigkeiten im Hydrauliksystem ent stehen und zum Ausfall der Bremse führen. Daher ist der Ringstutzen durch formschlüssige, seitliche Anlage an ei nem angegossenen Vorsprung bzw. einem eingebrachten Spann stift gegen eine Drehbewegung gesichert. In den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist ein Bremssattel 1 mit einer hydraulischen Betätigungsvorrichtung 2 gezeigt, der über eine am Bremssattel integrierte Bremsschlauchverdrehsiche rung 5 verfügt. Dazu wird eine am Rohteil des Bremssattels angeformte nicht gezeigte vorstehende Gußnoppe, die sich in unmittelbarer Nähe der hydraulischen Versorgungsbohrung 7 befindet, mit einem Hohlsenker 8 aus Fig. 5 spanend bearbeitet. Es verbleibt nach diesem Bearbeitungsschritt als Vorsprung auf dem Bremssattel ein zylindrischer Zapfen 9, der einem entspre chend, passend ausgeführten Ansatz 10 am Ringstutzen 6 als formschlüssige Anlage dient. Gegenüber einer Brems schlauchverdrehsicherung mit eingesetztem Spannstift ent fällt hier das Einbringen der Spannstiftbohrung, der Ar beitsgang des Einsetzens des Spannstiftes und weiterhin ist mit dem Spannstift kein zusätzliches Bauteil erforder lich. Außerdem ist das Problem des Verlierens des Spann stiftes und somit des Versagens der Verdrehsicherung durch die integrierte Bauform des Zapfens 9 direkt am Bremssat tel 1 beseitigt. Im Vergleich zu einem angegossenen Vor sprung als Anlagefläche für den Ringstutzen besitzt der spanend bearbeitete Zapfen 9 eine weitaus höhere Paßgenau igkeit und läßt damit nur einen geringeren Verdrehwinkel des Ringstutzens 6 zu. Im einzelnen besitzt der Hohlsen ker 8 zwischen seinen Schneiden 12 einen Hohlraum 13, der exakt der gewünschten Kontur des Zapfens 9 entspricht.
