Claims (10)
- a) periodisches Abtasten (100) von Verkehrskanälen einer bedienenden Zelle von einer Nachbarzelle aus, um ein Kanalmaß für jeden Verkehrskanal zu bestimmen;
- b) Validisieren (106), der Identität der bedienenden Zelle für jedes Kanalmaß, das einen Schwellenwert (102, 104) überschreitet,
- c) periodisches Übertragen (108) von Kanalmaßen jedes Verkehrskanals, die einen Schwellenwert überschreiten, von der benachbarten Zelle an die bedienende Zelle; und
- d) Auswählen (Fig. 3C) einer neuen bedienenden Zelle, basierend auf den übertragenen Kanalmaßen.
