Abstract
Description

Die Gurthöhenverstellung 11 besteht aus einem U-Profil 21 mit zwei durchgehen den Bohrungen 22 an den Seitenflächen des Profiles 21 für die Aufnahme der beiden Seilumlenkachsen 23. Die Achse 23 werden durch Sicherungsringe 37 axial geführt und durch Lagerbuchsen innerhalb der Bohrungen 22 gelagert. Auf jeder der beiden Achsen 23 befindet sich eine Gleithülse 26, die auf der Achse 23 rotatorisch beweglich ist. Ferner verfügen diese Gleithülsen 26 über zwei Führungsrillen 28 für die Seilumlenkung. An den Seitenflächen des Profiles 21 befinden sich zwischen den Bohrungen 22 je zwei durchgehende und parallel verlaufende Langlöcher 24. In den beiden Langlöchern 24 ist je eine frei verschiebbare Steckachse 25 geführt, die an beiden Achsenden beidseitig, dem Langloch 24 entsprechend, abgeflacht sind und die durch die auf ihnen angeordneten Gleithülsen 26 als Umlenkrollen 29 und 30 für den Gurt 10 (hier nicht dargestellt) wirken. Die Gleithülsen 26 sind auf den rotatorisch feststehenden Steckachsen 25 drehbar gelagert. Auf den beiden Seilumlenkachsen 23 sind unmittelbar neben den inneren Seitenflächen des Profils 21 zwei umlaufende Seile 27 geführt. Die beiden Seile 27 sind durch die beiden Steckachsen 25 mittels Bohrungen hindurchgeführt und an diesen fixiert. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß bei der Verstellung der Höhe des Gurtaustrittspunktes die verfügbare Gurtlänge nahezu konstant bleibt. Das ist ein wesentlicher Aspekt bei der Betrachtung der Funktionsweise dieser Gurthöhenverstellung, da z. B. bei neuartigen Kindersitzen mit integriertem Airbag darauf zu achten ist, daß der Kopf des Kindes nicht in den Bereich des zündenden Airbags gelangen kann. Daher ist, unter Berücksichtung der Tatsache, daß ein Kind während einer Fahrt häufig schläft, und es im Schlaf den Körper vorverlagert, zu gewährleisten, daß der Gurt die Vorverlagerung soweit einschränken, bis sichergestellt ist, daß der Oberkörper und der Kopf des Kindes sich nicht im Gefahrenbereich des Airbags befinden.The belt height is adjusted by vertically shifting the deflection roller 29 . Durch die nahezu konstante Gurtlänge wird gewährleistet, daß Nutzer unterschiedlicher Körpergrößen gleichermaßen definiert vorverlagern. In einer Crashsituation verlagert der Körper des Nutzers sich solange nach vorne, bis die Gurtlose überwunden ist und der Automatikgurt sperrt. Die restliche Vorverlagerungsbewegung wird durch die definierte Dehnung des Gurtes realisiert. Die Art der Gurtumlenkung in der Gurthöhenverstellung sorgt für ein Kräfteungleichgewicht zwischen den beiden beweglichen Gurtumlenkachsen 29 und 30. Das Kräfteungleichgewicht führt bei einer Überwindung der Systemselbst hemmung zu einer Relativbewegung des Systems. Claims (1)

- - auf jeder der beiden Achsen (23) sich eine rotatorisch beweglich gelagerte Gleithülse (26) befindet, die zwei Führungsrillen (28) für die Seilumlenkung aufweisen, auf denen zwei umflaufende Seile (27) geführt werden, die durch die beiden Steckachsen (25) mittels Bohrungen hindurchgeführt und an diesen fixiert sind,
- - sich an den Seitenflächen des Profiles (21) zwischen den Bohrungen (22) je zwei durchgehende und parallel verlaufende Langlöcher (24) befinden, in denen je eine frei verschiebbare Steckachse (25) geführt ist, die an beiden Achsenden beidseitig, dem Langloch (24) entsprechend, abgeflacht sind und die durch die auf ihnen angeordneten rotatorisch beweglich gelagerten Gleithülsen (26) als Umlenkrollen (29) und (30) für den Gurt (10) wirken,
- - die Umlenkrolle (29), die zu der offenen Seite des U-Profils (21) zeigt, gleichzeitig die Rolle ist, die bei einer Höhenverstellung vertikal verschoben wird,
- - die untere der beiden ortsfesten Seilumlenkachsen (23) im Unterschied zu der oberen Achse (23) zusätzliche der Gurtumlenkung dient, die durch eine weitere rotatorisch gelagerte Gleithülse auf der schon vorhandenen Gleithül se (26) realisiert wird,
