Die Erfindung betrifft einen Koffer mit zwei Koffer hälften, die aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff geformt sind und dessen Kofferhälften jeweils eine Außenschale und eine Innenschale aufweisen. Koffer des beschriebenen Aufbaues sind in verschiedenen Ausführungen bekannt. Insbesondere sind solche bekannt, die in den Innenschalen oder in einer der Innenschalen Aufnahmen aufweisen, in die Bau- und/oder Maschinenteile und/oder Werkzeuge und/oder Flaschen oder ähnliche Gegenstände eingepaßt sind. Die Aufnahmen sind gleichsam Betten für die vorbeschriebenen Gegenstände und deren Kontur angepaßt. Daraus resultiert, daß eine große Anzahl von Koffern hergestellt und bevorratet werden muß, deren Innenschale bzw. Innenschalen unterschiedliche Ausformungen für die aufzunehmenden Gegenstände aufweisen. Noch fehlt ein Koffer des eingangs beschriebenen grundsätzlichen Aufbaues, der leicht so umgerüstet werden kann, daß er in der Kontur sehr unterschiedliche Bau- und/oder Maschinenteile und/oder Werkzeuge und/oder Flaschen oder ähnliche Gegenstände aufnehmen kann. Die Blasformgebung kann so durchgeführt werden, daß beide Kofferhälften 1, 2 einschließlich der als Scharnier funktionierenden Ausformungen, in einem Blasform takt entstehen. Es besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit, lediglich die Außenschale 3, wie dargestellt, zu formen und als Innenschale 6 beispielsweise ein Schaumstoffbauteil einzusetzen und mit der Außenschale 3 zu verbinden. Nichtsdestoweniger können die Kofferhälften im Wege der Blasformgebung geformt und doppelwandig ausgebildet sein.
