Description

  • Flaschenverschluss aus Kunst-S toff Die Erfindung betrifft einen Flaschenverschluß aus Kunststoff mit Ausgießer der es ermöglicht durch Verwendung von Metall und Papierfolien wie dies in der Wein und Likorbranche üblich ist zusätzlich zu verschließen.

    Das ganze Kunststoff teil wird in einem Arbeitsgang hetgestellt
    d. h. Unterteil, Verbindungssteg und Deckel und bildet ein un-
    verlierbares ganzes Auägießerteil. *
    Das Teil hat einen äußeren Rand in dem sloh innerhalb die Aus-
    gußtülle befindet die iur Hälfte je nach Art der Flüssigkeit
    unterteilt werden kann damit ein guter ItUftzufluss gewährleistet
    ist. Über diesen äußeren-Rend wir der Deckel gedrückt und der
    angebrachte Verbindungssteg legt sich a an das Teil an, daß er
    beim anbringen der Folien nicht hindere An dem Deckel des Aus-
    gießers kann man zusätzlich einen hervorstehenden Griff anbringen
    der es ermöglicht den. Deckel noch besser abzuheben. Die Ausguß-
    tülle kann entsprechend verlängert hergestellt werden, das heißt
    daß die Ausgußtülle über den Aufnahmerand hervorsteht. Ebenfalls
    besteht die Möglichkeit das Teil mit 2 Verbindungestegen herzu-
    stellen.

    1. Flaschenverschluß mit Ausgußtülle dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch einen Verbindungssteg ein Deckel mit angeformt ist und das ganze Teil in einem Arbeitsgang hergestellt wird.
    2. Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1-# dadurch gekennzeichnet daß sich der Verbindungssteg beim Schließen des Deckels so anlegt, daß dieser beim anbringen der Papierfolien nicht behinderte 3.Flasohenversohluß nach Anspruch 1-2 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Ausgießer eine Ausgußtülle aufweist, die je nach Flüssigkeit entsprechend unterteil ist um zu erreichen, daß die Flüssigkeit'bzw.. Luft gut durchbluten kann.'pamit ist ein gutes Ausschenken gewährleistet. 4. Flasohenversohluß nach Anspruch 1-3 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Ausgußtülle so ausgeführt ist, daß evtl. Tropf'- flüssigkeit wieder in den Behälter bzw. Flasche zurück- fließenkann
    5. Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1-4 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Deckel so hergestellt werden kann, daß er wahlweise außerhalb oder innerhalb des Aufnahmerandes abschließt.
    6. Flaschenversohluß nach Anspruch 1-5 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß der Deckel zusätzlich mit einem Griffbzw. vorstehenden Ansatz versehen werden kann der ein guts öffnen garantiert.
    7. Flaschenverschluß nach Anspruch 1"6 dadurch gekennzeichnet daß das Teil so hergestellt werden kann, daß steh zwei Verbindungsstege daran befinden um ein noch besseres Zusammenhalten der einzelnen Teile zu gewährleisten.
