Brillensteckfutteral
Die Neuerung betrifft ein Brillensteckfutteral. Ein solches
Futteral besteht aus einem biegsames Material, meist aus Leder.
Zweigleiche, etwa rechteckige Lederstücke von etwas grösserer
Breite und Länge als eine gebräuchliche Brille sind am Rande
ringsum zusammengenäht, ausscr M iaer Seifet die für das Ein-
schieben der Brille offen bleibt.
Zum Putzen der Brillengläser soll äs bestem eia Sttick weichen
Tuches verwendet werden. Sofern ein solches Stoffstück im Fut-
teralmit untergebracht wird ist es bei ; EiR-nad Aufschieben
der Brille hinderlich. In den Fällen ; w ein solches Stoff-
stuck nicht bereit gehalten ist M'isste bisher der Brillen-
träger sich in anderer Weise : Lse damit, dass er
mit seinem Taschentuch die Brillengläser putste « Letzteres
wird oft unsauber sein, und eine solche Aushilfe muß
unhygienisch bezeichnet werden.
Die Neuerung behebt die bisherigem Missstände dadurch, dass
das Tutztuch im Brillenfutteral selbst, jedoch vollständig
ge-
trennt von der Brille untergebracht ist derart, dass bis etwa
in die halbe Länge des Futterals eine Lederwand eingenäht ist,
die eine besondere, ebenfalls offene Tasche für das Putz-
tuch bildet. Diese Massnahme seichnet sich durch Einfachheit
aus und ist überaus billig zu verwirklichen. Das Putstuch steht
jederzeit mühelos zur Verfügung, kann nicht verloren gehen
oder
das Brilleneinschieben behindern, und es ist selbst vor Ver-
schmutzung geschützt.

Ein weiterer, kürzerer Wandteil 4 ist zwischen den Seitenrändern
der Teile 1 und 2 mit eingenäht und durch eine untere Naht 5 an der Wand 2 befestigt.
Die dadurch gebildeten zwei Taschen sind oben über die reichliche Futteralbreite
hinweg offen, wobei die seitwärts klappbaren Lappen 1a, 2a und 4a entstehen. Eyeglass slip-on case

Another, shorter wall part 4 is sewn in between the side edges of parts 1 and 2 and is attached to wall 2 by a lower seam 5. The two pockets formed in this way are open at the top over the ample width of the case, whereby the flaps 1a, 2a and 4a, which can be folded sideways, are created.
