Description

  • Der von uns zum Gebrauchwunterschutz angemeldete Klavierstuhl wird
    wie folgt beschrieben : Unser"MODERMITZ"hat ein Untergestell aus rundem oder vierkantigem Stahlrohr mit vier Füßen. Der aus Holz hergestellte, mit Schaumgummi gepolsterte und mit Yakstoff oder einem anderen Tuch bezogene Sitz ist fest oder verstellbar, er ist kastenförmig und über den Rand hinweg gepolstert. Das gleiche Modell wird in vier verschiedenen Größen (Sitzfläche), aber immer in gleicher Bohne hergestellt. Als zusätzliches Element kann eine Lehne angefügt werden.
  • Sitzgelegenheiten für Klaviere, Flügel und ähnliche Instrumente bedingen eine Sitzhöhe von rund 50 cm, während ein normaler Stuhl
    eine Sitzhöhe von etwa 43 cm hat, also zu niedrig ist. Deshalb
    werden Klavierstühle nur von Firmen hergestellt, die speziell
    Zabehörmöbel für die Masikbranche fabrizieren. Von diesen Firmen
    in Deutschland hat keine einen Klavierstuhl in ihrem Fertigungsprogramm, dessen Gestell aus Metall wäre.

  1. Schutzansprüche: 1. Klavierstuhl, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untergestell aus Stahlrohr mit 4 Füßen besteht, 2. Klavierstuhl, nach Anspruch l, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Untergestell eine Vorrichtung zum Verstellen der Sitzhöhe enthält.
