Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf Sprühdüsen zur Zerstäubung von Flüssigkeit. Es sind Sprühdüsen bekannt, bei welchen der Flüssigkeit durch eine tangentiale Zuführung an einen Sprühkopf ein Drall erteilt wird. Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, die Drallerteilung zu verbessern, damit eine feinere Zerstäubung eintritt. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß in den Sprühkopf eine Drallscheibe eingesetzt ist und daß die Drallscheibe seitliche, schräge Einschnitte aufweist. Die Sprühdüse gemäß den Figuren 1-3 besteht aus einem Sprühkopf 1 mit einer Austrittsöffnung 2 und einer Drallscheibe 3· Die Drallscheibe besitzt am Umfang schräge Einschnitte 4 und ist in den Sprühkopf fest eingesetzt. Führt man der Sprühdüse durch einen Eohranschluß Wasser zu, so wird das Wasser durch die schrägen Schlitze gepreßt und in einen Drall versetzt. Da die Eintrittsöffnung der Schlitze infolge der Schräglage größer ist als der Querschnitt der Schlitze senkrecht zu ihrer Schräglage, und zwar in der Zeichnung etwa im Verhältnis 3:1, so erfolgt gleichzeitig in den Schlitzen eine Umwandlung von Druck in Geschwindigkeit, und zwar ähnlich vorteilhaft wie in den Leitschaufeln von Turbinen.The spray nozzle according to FIGS. 1-3 consists of a spray head 1 with an outlet opening 2 and a swirl disk 3 · The swirl disk has inclined incisions 4 on the circumference and is firmly inserted into the spray head.
