vom Drehpunkt entfernt und müssen daher mit mehr Kraftaufwand geknackt werden. Wenn die Schale dann plötzlich zerspringt,

Der Erfindungsgegenstand besteht aus zwei Armen, so daß er wie die gebräuchlichen Nußknacker mit einer Hand betätigt werden
kann. Der eine Arm 1 weist keine Besonderheiten auf; er bildet
die eine Backe beim Knacken der Küsse. Der andere Arm 2 ist nach der Seite, wo die Arme miteinander verbunden werden, verlängert;
das Verlängerungsstück ist etwa rechtwinklig nach innen umgebogen*
Auf diesem umgebogenen Verlängerungsstück befindet sich die
stufenlos verschiebbare Gegenbacke 3 · Bei groß eingestelltem iyiaul wird die Nuß eingelegt« Dann werden
die Arme so weit geöffnet, daß sie am Ende noch bequem mit einer Hand umfasst werden können. Darauf wird die verschiebbare
Gegenbacke 3 mit der i\iuß bis zum Anschlag zur anderen Backe
hin verschoben. Die verschiebbare Gegenbaeke ist selbstklemmend
und bleibt daher in dieser Stellung. Dann werden die Arme zusammengedrückt und die Huß springt mühelos auf, ohne daß der
Kern zerquetscht wird« Sollte die Nußschale nicht genug gesprungen sein, werden die Arme wieder geöffnet, die Gegen=
