Die Erfindung betrifft eine einem Kranken oder Schläfer anzulegende Vorrichtung, die bezweckt, jeden Versuch zu vereiteln, sich während des Schlafes in eine unerwünschte und dem Körper schädliche Lage zu bringen, und eine selbsttätige Rückführung des Körpers in eine nicht gesundheitschädliche, vorgeschriebene Lage ermöglicht, ohne daß der Kranke belästigt oder der Schläfer aufgeweckt wird. Eine ähnliche Vorrichtung ist bereits bekannt. Diese besteht im wesentlichen aus einem Gürtel, der mit abstehenden Stützarmen versehen ist. Hierbei besteht jedoch der Übelstand, daß die Arme mit dem Gürtel unlösbar und unverstellbar verbunden sind, so daß, wenn die Stellung der Stützarme geändert werden soll, erst jedesmal die ganze Vorrichtung gelöst werden muß. Dies verursacht naturgemäß Unbequemlichkeiten und namentlich für Kranke schädliche Störungen. Um diesen Nachteil zu verhüten, sind bei dem Gegenstande der Erfindung die Stützarme oder deren Tragplatten, ohne daß eine Lockerung des einmal angelegten Gürtels erforderlich wäre, am Gürtel verstellbar angeordnet, so daß in jeder Körperlage eine Lagenänderung der Stützarme ohne wesentliche Belästigung des Trägers vorgenommen werden kann. Die Anordnung kann ferner so getroffen sein, daß auch der gegenseitige Abstand der Arme verändert werden kann, z.
