Der Aufbau einer erfindungsgemäßen Meßscheibe ergibt sich aus den folgenden Ausführungen : Durch Anzeichnen der Bandlänge auf nebeneinander in beliebigen Wickelabständen liegenden Radien werden die Werte vom kleinsten bis zum größten auf eine ganze Kreisumdrehung, also auf das 2-#-fache ausgedehnt.
