Description

  • Zusammengesetzte Folie aus Gummi und Kunststoff Gegenstand der Neuerung ist eine zusammengesetzte Folie aus Kunststoffstreifen und Streifen aus natürlichem oder künstlichem Gummi, z. B. Neopren o. dgl.. Diese zusammengesetzte Folie wird dadurch hergestellt, dass an einer Zone einer Gummifolie ein Teil einer Kunststoffolie befestigt wird, wobei die Verbindungszone zwischen den beiden Folien wenigstens ein Gewebe enthält, welches an der Kunststoffolie durch Wärme befestigt und mit der Gummifolie durch Kleben oder Vulkanisieren verbunden ist.
  • Die Neuerung ist nachstehend unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung beispielshalber erläutert.
  • Fig. 1 ist eine Vorderansicht der zusammengesetzten Folie.
  • Fig. 2 ist ein Schnitt längs der. Linie 11-11 der Fig. 1.
  • Fig. 3 ist eine geschnittene Teilansicht einer anderen Ausführungsform.
  • In Fig. 1 trägt eine durchsichtige Kunststoffolie 1 in ihren Endzonen 2, 3 einen Gewebestreifen 4, welcher an einer Seite der Folie 1 durch Heißsiegelung so befestigt ist, dass ein Teil des die Folie bildenden Kunststoffs in das den Streifen 4 bildenden Gewebe eindringt. An den beiden Gummifolien 5, 6 sind in den Zonen 5a, 6a derselben z. B. durch Vulkanisieren LeinwandstisLfen 7 befestigt. Schliesslich sind die beiden Gewebe-und Leinwandstreifen 4 und 7 so aneinandergeklebt, dass eine z. T. aus Gummi und z. T. aus aus einem durchsichtigen oder durchscheinenden Kunststoff bestehende Anordnung entsteht.
  • In Fig. 3 ist die Folie 1 in der Querrichtung in ihren Endzonen geschlitzt, um einerseits die Gewebestreifen 4 und andererseits die Gummifolie 5 aufzunehmen. Wie oben werden die Streifen 4 durch Heißsiegelung an dem Kunststoff befestigt, während die Gummifolie die Leinwandstreifen 7 trägt.
  • Die Kunststoffolie 1 besteht im allgemeinen aus Vinylchlorid, sie kann jedoch auch aus anderen Kunststoffen bestehen. Man erhält so zusammengesetzte Folien, welche z. T. aus Gummi und z. T. aus Kunststoffen bestehen und eine grosse Festigkeit haben, wobei es praktisch unmöglich ist, die Bestandteile voneinander zu trennen, selbst wenn die zusammengesetzte Folie grossen Kräften ausgesetzt wird.
  • In gewissen Fallen wird ein einziger mit dem Beginn der Kunststoffolie fest verbundener Gewebestreifen z. B. durch Kleben, Vulkanisieren oder auf andere Weise an dem Gummistreifen oder den Gummistreifen befestigt.
  • Man kann auch das die Gummifolie überziehende Gewebe so benutzen, dass diese Überzugsfolie auf den an den Kunststofffolien befestigten Gewebestreifen geklebt wird.
  • Man erhält so eine zusammengesetzte Folie, während es bisher unmöglich war, eine Kunststoffolie an der ganzen Fläche einer Folie aus natürlichem oder künstlichem Gummi, oder einem Teil derselben, richtig zu befestigen. Die die Verbindungsstreifen bildenden Gewebe sind entweder natürliche nicht appretierte Gewebe (z. B. Baumwolle), oder Kunststoffewebe.

Claims (3)

  1. Schutzansprüche 1.) Zusammengesetzte Folie aus Kunststoffstreifen und Folien aus natürlichem oder künstlichem Gummi, z. B. Neopren o. dgl., dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Zone (5a oder 6a) einer Gummifolie (5 und 6) ein Teil einer Kunststoffolie (1) befestigt ist, wobei die Verbindungszone zwischen den beiden Folien wenigstens ein Gewebe (7) enthält, welches an der Kunststoffolie durch Heißsiegelung befestigt und mit der Gummifolie (5 oder 6) entweder durch Kleben oder durch Vulkanisieren verbunden ist.

Zusammengesetzte Folie nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungszone (2 oder 3) der Kunststoffolie (1) eine an dieser durch Heißsiegelung befestigte Leinwand (4) aufweist, während die Verbindungszone (5a oder 6a) der Gummifolie ebenfalls eine durch Kleben oder Vulkanisieren befestigte Leinwand (7) aufweist, und dass die beiden Seiten der aufgesetzten Leinwandstreifen (4 und 7) miteinander auf geeignete Weise verbunden sind, insbesondere durch Kleben.
  3. 3.) Zusammengesetzte Folie nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsgewebe (4 oder 7) durch ein natürliches nicht appretiertes Gewebe, z. B. ein Leinwandgewebe, oder durch ein Kunststoffgewebe gebildet werden.
