Die Neuerung betrifft eine Einrichtung zum Einziehen von Würsten und Fleischwaren, wie Hartwürsten, Schinken od. dgl. in schlauchförmige Netze. Zur Herstellung von Würsten, Rollschinken u. dgl. ist in jüngster Zeit die Verwendung von Netzen bekannt geworden, insbesondere die Verwendung von elastischen Netzen. Die Neuerung bezweckt, für das Einziehen der Würste, Rollschinken od. dgl. ein in einfacher Weise ausgebildetes, leicht zu handhabendes und herzustellendes Gerät zu schaffen, mit dem sich die Arbeit des Einziehens der Würste oder Fleischwaren in die Netze leicht und mit guter Formgebung erreichen läßt.The innovation relates to a device for drawing in sausages and Meat products such as hard sausages, ham or the like in tubular nets.
