Der Schlauch wird mit diesen Bindebändern auf der Vorderseite des Halses festgebunden. Infolge seiner losen Form ist der Umhang als ^egeaoekleidung in Einheitsgröße für Damen und Herren verwendbar, da die weite Form an die üblichen Konfekt!onggrößem nicht gebunden ist. Auch wird die Ausreißgefahr, die ja bekanntlich bei Regenbekleidung aus Kunststoff-Folien groß ist, durch seine weite Form vermieden; ferner auch dadurch, dass der Schlauch lediglich eine Rüokennaht besitzt, die die konische Form bewirkt.The shape of the cape corresponds to a truncated wedge.
