den unten beschriebenen Gegenstand an und beantragt seine Eintragung in die Holle für Gebrauchsmuster.
Ss handelt sich dabei um
das Herren-Sporthemd "KBGATTA".
Technische Neuerung:
1) Schräger und sich kreuzender Verlauf des Hemdenvorderteiles mit ein- oder mehrfarbigem Besatz.
2) Zwei unsichtbare Taschen ohne jede Absteppung am Hemdvorderteil, auch Ausführung mit unsichtbaren Reißverschlüssen zum Verschlieesen der Taschen bei Ski-Heinden. (Vorliegendes Modell gilt für die Sommer-Ausführung!)
3) Halsausschnitt und Taschenhöhe mit Vorderteilabsatz in Armlochhöhe.
FUr das vorgenannte Hemd, das wir unter Ziff. 1-3 beschrieben haben, bitten wir um Musterschutzerteilung, da schnittechnisch die Anordnung des Vorderteiles und die Unterbringung der unsichtbaren Taschen in der Querpasse in der Herstellung modischer Herrenhemden neuartig ist.
Die Anmeldegebühr wurde am 18.11.1955 in Höhe von DM 3o,— überwiesen.

2) 1 vorbereitete Karte (freigemacht) zur Empfangsbescheinigung
