Infolge der Oberflächenspannung ziehen sich die abgeschnittenen Kanten in Sichtung Klemmleisten zurück. Durch die untere, zwischen den Klemmleisten liegende Federleiste werden dann die Schweißnähten nach oben gedrückt.
