Die als Zeichnungsmuster dienende Brille a besteht aus dem üblichen Brillengestell b und der normalen doppelsichtigen Ausführung und zeigt nach vorne hin ein, die Augen übergreifendes Regendach c und auf ihrer Rückseite als Abschluß des Brillengestells einen Besatz d aus Schaumgummi, der das ganze Gestell nach hinten hin umkleidet und nach unten hin auf die Brillenlänge etwa bis zum Kinn als eine Verkleidung e von Nase, Mund und der sonstigen vorderen Gesichtshälfte angearbeitet ist. Diese Verkleidung ist über die untere Querkante mit einem Kinnstreifen f versehen, dessen Enden mit der Verkleidung in fester Verbindung stehen und der mit seinem gelockerten Zwischenraum den Zweck hat, in der üblichen Weise gleichsam in das Kinn eingehakt und damit gehalten werden zu können, wodurch dann ein vom Luftzug ausgelöstes Umstülpen der Verkleidung nach oben hin unmöglich gemacht ist. Die von der Brille frei nach unten hin verlaufende Verkleidung aus Schaumgummi ist nun in diesem Falle über ihre Oberfläche mit einer Kunststoffolie g überzogen, die den Zweck hat, diese Schaumgummiverkleidung wasserdicht zu machen. Im Gegensatz zum Beispiel könnte anstelle des voll und ganz angearbeiteten Schaumgummi-Belages die Brille auch so ausgeführt werden, dass die Verkleidung an- und abnehmbar ist und durch eine Verknöpfung o.dgl. beide Teile lösbar verbunden werden.
