Es besteht zur Zeit die Tendenz, sämtliche Einstellorgane
von der Vorderfront der Fernsehgeräte zu entfernen, die Vor-
derfront möglichst auf die Größe der verwendeten Bildröhre zu begrenzen. Daher ist
es allgemeiner Brauch, den Hauptlautsprecher an der Seite anzuordnen. Sollen weitere
Lautsprecher Anwendung finden, die wie besonders Hochtöner unmittelbar nach vorne
strahlen, so werden zur Verringerung des Raumbedarfes besondere Schallführungen
eingebaut oder diese
Lautsprecher an akustisch ungünstiger Stelle angeordnet.

Bei Geräten mit Türen zur Abdeckung der Bildröhre bei leichtbetrieb ist es ohne
Erhöhung des Raumbedarfes für das Gerät und gleichzeitig bei Erzielung bester klanglicher
Wirkung möglich, weitere Lautsprecher z. B. Hochtöner so in der Innenseite dieser
Türen anzuordnen, daß bei geöffnete@ Gerät, also in Betriebsstellung die Schallabstrahlung
nach vorne erfolgt. Eine solche Anordnung hat den Vorteil, daß die Türflügel als
Schallwand wirken. Die Abbildungen zeigen als Ausführungsbeispiel ein Fernseh-
