    Geschlitzte Sechskant-bzw. Vierkant-Blechschrauhe mit
    angepreßter Unterlegscheibe
    In den verschiedensten Industriezweigen werden sogenannte
    Blechschrauben als Verbindungselemente verwendet. Bei der
    Verwendung von Vier-bzw Sechskant-Blechschrauben ohne
    U-Scheibe für die Verbindung'zweier Teile wobei ein Teil
    Langlöcher bzw. offene Löcher, besitzt, kommt es häufig vor ?
    daßdieuntereSchlusselkante des Schraubenkopfes sich in
    dem Langloch verfängt und dadurch die Teile beschädigt bzw.
    nicht fest verbunden werden. Die Verwendung von U-Scheiben
    würde diesen Mangel beseitigen jedoch bedeutet dies einen
    zusätzlichen Lohn-und Materialaufwand.
    Nrfindungsgejnaß wird die U-Scheibe bei der Herstellung der
    Schrauben gleich mit angepreßte Figel zeig-b ein Ausführungs-
    beispiel

    1. Vierkant-ode Bechskant-Dlechschraube mit oder ohne Schlitz dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese am unteren
    Teil des Kopfes eine scheibenartige Erweiterung besitzt, deren Durchmesser gleich oder größer als die Diagonale des Vier-bzw. Sechslcantes ist.
