Die Erfindung beziGht sich auf ain guumdelaatisahes
Band von im wesentlichen YfBrigen Querschnitt, wie mmn es
beS elßwe za er °
beispielsweise zum Bundabschluß bei Badehosen o. dgl. verwen-
detf wobei der Rand der Badehose zwischen den Schenkeln des
Y-Bandea eingenäht wird. An sich haben sich die bekannten
Guwmibäïllierdieser Art sehr gut bewährt, weil sie droh das
erfassen des Badehosenrandes zwischen ihren Schenkeln eine
KantenBicherun des Hosenstoffes entbehrlich machen
Von bekannten Gummibändern dieser Art bei denen die
beidengespreizten Bandschankel gleiche Breite haben und g@
meinsam an einer Bandkante deckend enden. unterscheidet sich
derNeuerunsgegenstand in vorteilhafter <$ise dadurch daß
einer der beiden Schenkel des Doppelbandes schmaler ist d*h.
vor der äusseraten Bandlänsskante endet, wobei vorzugsweise
an
dem zaidereii Schen4,
dem anderen Schenkel des Bandes eine Verstärktmgaleiste vorge-
sehen ist, die diesem zweiten Schenkel an seiner freien Längs-
kante etwa so dick machte wie die beiden gedoppelten Bandlagen
stark sind. Bei einer bevorzugten der der Erfindung
hat dabei das Band auf seiner ganzen Breite eine einheitlichet
gleichbleibende Dicke.
Das neue Band hat gegenüber dem bekannten Band mit gleich-
breiten an den freien ngskanten sieh deckenden Schenkeln eine

einlagigenBandscheitel drei Stofílagen an der unteren Längs.

vielmehr auch durch die Lehrlagigkeit an der gegenüberliegen-

DieseHängel sind durch die Erfindung vollkommen vermie-
den. Die Verbindungszone mischen dem Stoff der Badehose o.
dgl

und deu Gummiband Yfornigen Querschnittes ist einmal zur Band-
mitte hin verlegt mit der vorteilhaften Folge daß das Band
nichtmehr zur konischen VerforNun neigt. Diese Wirkung wird
durch entsprechende Verdickung bzw. Verstärkung des einlagigen
Bandscheitels noch erheblich begünstigte Es entstehen zwar
auch
hier drei Stofflagen durch die beiden Bsndschenkel und den
Stoff
derBadehose* Da aber die beiden den Hosenstoff mischen sich
erfassenden Bandlagen dünner sind als der eintägige Bandschei-
tel und die Verstärkungskante des breiterea Bandschenkelaltritt
imZusammenhange mit der durch die erfindungsgemäBe Verkürzung
deseinen. im Gebrauch hinteren. o. lso dem. Körper zugekehrten
Bandschenkels eine Verlegung der mehrlagigen 3toffzone zur
Band-
mitte ein, wodurch insgesamt gesehen das ganze als sichtbarer
Bund dienende usmiband nicht konisch verläuft. Auch ist dem
Einrollen des einlagigen GunBibandscheitels besser vorgebeugt.
