scheibe zwischen zwei bedruckten Deckblättern, in die Felder

zeigen an, ob das harmonische Verhältnis von Eiweiß, Fett, Kohlenhydraten, Mineralstoffen
usw. in Ordnung oder bedroht ist. Vorder-und Rückseite der Drehscheibe und der Deckblätter
