Die Neuerung betrifft einen Serviettenständer, wie sie insbesondere in Form eines
kleinen Schirmes für das Unterbringen von Papierservietten allgemein üblich sind.
Werden nun solche Serviettenständer in einer Geschenkpackung verkauft oder auch
versandt, so läßt es sich nicht vermeiden, daß der Ständer innerhalb der Packung
auf dem Kopf steht oder eine seitliche bzw. schräge Lage einnimmt. Dies aber hat

des verpackten Ständers verhindert. Zweckmäßig besitzt die Abdeckung die Form eines
Trichters und ist abnehmbar an dem Mittelstab des schirmartige Ständers befestigt.
Diese Befestigung kann ganz beliebiger Art sein, beispielsweise mittels einer Klemme,
durch Festkleben oder mittels eines sonstigen
geeigneten Halteorganes.
Auch die Form der Abdeckung ist nicht auf einen Trichter beschränkt und als Material
wird man zweckmäßig Pappe oder ein sonstiges billiges Material verwenden, da die
Abdeckung normalerweise nach dem Verkauf des Ständers und dessen in Benutzungnahme
nicht mehr benötigt und in den meisten Fällen wohl vom Besitzer des Serviettenständers
weggeworfen werden wird. In der beigefügten Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungbeispiele
der Neuerung dargestellt, wobei Figur 1 das Oberteil eines Serviettenständers mit
am Griffteil angebrachter Abdeckung und Figur 2 eine gleiche Darstellung mit unmittelbar
