Fangmatte
Die Neuerung betrifft eine Fangmatte, wie sie bei
Bau-und Montagearbeiten an bzw. unter Gerüsten, Stahlbau-
konatruktionen und dgl. zu Sicherungszwecken verwendet wird.
Nach der Neuerung erhält eine solche Yangmatto dadurch
eine ihren Gebrauchszweck wesentlich fördernde Gestaltung,
daß zur Befestigung einer Zugleine in dem umgelegten Rande
der Stoffbahn dienende Bohlnieten ein oder mehrere sich
quer über die Stoffbahn erstreckende Zugbänder erfassen und
vorzugsweise im mittleren Teile der Stoffbahn Öffnungen
vorgesehen sind, die von Hohlnieten eingefaßt sind die
zweckmäßig zugleich ein Zugband an der Stoffbahn befestigen.
Sämtliche Merkmale der Neuerung haben die Wirkung, die
Festigkeit bzw. Belastbarkeit der Fangmatte zu steigera
und ihre Haltbarkeit zu erhohen. Hierzu tragen die Hohlnieten
am Rande der Stoffbahn dadurch bei, daß sie die Zugleine
sicher an der Stoffbahn befestigen, während die von ihnen
miterfaßten Zugbander die Stoffbahn selber von ihrer Zag-
beanspruchung, die in der Querriohtung am stärksten ist, ent-
lastenund auch ein möglichst straffes Spannen der Matte er-
möglichen ; die Öffnungen im mittleren Teile der Stoffbahn
verhindern das Ansammeln von Wasser in der Matte und damit
einezusätzliche, unter Umstanden recht hebe Zugbeanspruchung
derStoffbahn.
Die Neuerung tat im Nachsteheaden anhand eines Aua
fuhrungsbeispieles naher erläuterte das auf der Zeichnung
in
Abb. 1 in Oberansioht und in
Abb. 2 im vergrSSerten Schnitt nach 11-11 der Abb. 1
dargestelltist.
Der Rand 2 der rechteckigea Stoffbahn 1 der Matte ist
umgelegt und umschlingt eine in die Bahn 1 an sämtlichen
vier Seiten eingelegte Zugleine 3 die an jeder Ecke der
Matte eine Schlaufe 4 eum Einsßhakeln einer Halteleine 5
bildet. Zur Befestigung des uagelegten Randes 2 auf der
Stoffbahn 1 und zum Festlegen der Zugleine 3 sind über die
Länge der Ränder verteilt Hohlnieten 6 vorgesehen, die zu-
gleich als Ösenfür weitere Halteleinen 7 dienen. In ge-
wissen Abständen erstrecken sich quer aber die Stoffbahn 1
Bänder 8 aus dem gleichen Stoffe wie die Bahn oder asch
z. B. aus Leder oder dgl. die Bänder 8 sind ebenfalls um
den Rand 2 der Stoffbahn herumgelegt und werden her von
den Hohlnieten 6 gehalten und ait der Stoffbahn feat verbun-
den. In der Mitte der Stoffbahn 1 sind mehrere Öffnungen
als Abfluß für Regenwaaser und dgl. vorgesehen und durch
Hohlnieten 9 eingefaßt, die das Ausreißen der Oft-au-ag «
infolge der Zugbeanspruchung verhüten ; hierzu trägt es beip
wenn die Nieten 9 zugleich eines der Zugbänder 8 an der stoff-
bahn 1 befestigen, wodurch außerdem eine weitere Verbin-
dung dieser beiden Teile bewirkt wird.
