Die Neuerung stellt eine Gerät dar, mit dem klein « Öffnungen
in Eier gemeht werden können, so daj. beim Kochen der Bar die
Schale derselben nicht zerspringt.

Zur guten Handhabung des Gerätes tat auf der oberen Seite der
Verbindungsstelle der Lappen ein zweckmäßig aus theraoplawti-
schemerkatoff bestehender Griff angeordnet, in welchem der
nadelfürmie Stift mit dem einen Ende befestigt ist.
Beim Gebrauch den Gerätes id selbiger an den Griff gefaßt
und die Lappen tibcr das eine oder andere Ende des Ei'e ge-
schotten, wobei sich dnn der nadelförige Stift in die Sehale
des i'B'einlegt, wodu. ch eine kleine Öffnung in dem Ei tut-
