Description
Method for producing insulating materials and insulating components or components The invention relates to a method for producing insulating materials and insulating components or components. Components or constructions often consist of load-bearing layers on and between which the insulating layers are arranged as panels, mats or in bulk. The following materials are used, for example: glass or rock wool, organic or inorganic plastic foams, and recently also foam glass. The requirement to be made of these insulation materials is that they must be of constant volume, ie they may not change their shape after installation due to swelling, shrinking, sagging, destruction and the like. Furthermore, the heat transfer resistance must remain constant. However, this is essentially dependent on the steam duration of the insulation material. If the vapor flow resistance of the insulating layer is greater than that of the load-bearing layer, then moisture must precipitate in the load-bearing layer, just as moisture must precipitate in the insulating layer if, conversely, the vapor flow resistance in the load-bearing layer is greater. The above disadvantages are eliminated by the manufacturing position of insulation materials and absorbing components, or components, are according to the invention granular thermally treated microporous mineral particles in space limitations poured in point-connected to each other by means of organic and / or inorganic Binderriittelleime or thermoplastics or by sintering .
Vorzugsweise werden hierbei Partikel etwa gleicher Größe verwendet.Particles of approximately the same size are preferably used here.
It is also possible to use particles of different sizes in the grading curve Find.
When using a binder glue, it is expedient to use this e.g. Add 0.1-7% by volume of highly disperse silica.
During the setting process, the Sehüttung can air or warm air fed from below.
After another way of carrying out the procedure, or at the same time on the insulating materials, insulating components or construction elements, one-sided or cladding or coatings applied on both sides.
The insulating materials, insulating components or components can also be connected to load-bearing components or components . Appropriately, to connect the insulating materials, insulating components, -bzw. Components with the coating or cladding systems, and / or the load-bearing components, moving components, organic and / or inorganic binders are used.
The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the drawing. It shows: Figure 1 shows a component with one made of granular particles sawn stationary Dämmehioht in section;. 2 shows a component with an insulating layer consisting of granular, densely embedded particles i in a binder, in section for comparison; 3 shows insulation particles introduced into a mold with air supplied from below, in section; 4 shows an enlarged detail of the structure of a component. The insulating layer 12, which has the particles 13 and the pores 14 lying between them, is deposited on the component 11. The microporous mineral particles 13 are impermeable to vapor per se, but the vapor - as shown in FIG. 1 by the arrow line A - can penetrate the insulation layer 12 in any direction due to the pile pores 14.
However, the extensibility of the binders should be limited in order not to limit the tensile stress to the coating material, but to reduce it continuously from the edge zone to the static zero line and to stretch the complex binders that are only subjected to tensile stress. Since it is well known that hydraulic binders such as cement or lime are only compatible with conventional synthetic resin dispersions such as polyvinyl acetate if the finished mixture is not exposed to water or steam, such mixing can easily take place here because there is sufficient ventilation through the pore pores, In In a corresponding manner, it is possible to connect insulating and load-bearing elements with one another and, if necessary, additionally provide them with a coating or cladding. Using the method according to the invention, any desired structural elements such as panels, beams, stone and the like can be produced.
