Die Neuerung bezieht sich auf einen Fahrradständer zum
waagerechten Abstellen von mehreren Fahrrädern unter Verwendung von an einem Rahmen
vorgesehenen Bügeln. Bicycle stand.

Es sind Fahrradständer bekannt, die mit in der Regel aus Flacheisen
bestehenden Bügeln ausgerüstet sind, die paarweise untereinander mittels Bolzen
und mit dem Rahmen bzw. an Grundstäben aus Flach- oder hochkantgestelltem U-isen
verbunden sind. Derartige Fahrradständer sind jedoch meistens nicht verwindungsfest,
mindestens nicht stabil genug ; sie sind ausserdem in der Herstellung relativ kostspielig
