Das vorliegende Gebrauchsauster bezieht sich auf einen
elastischenübertopf für Blumentöpfe u*dgl<
Esist bekannt, als Ubertopf für einen einfachen Blumentopf
einmal als Schutz und ein andermal als Sohmuok einen zweiten
Topf
- auch Ziertopf genannt zu verwenden* Daa geschieht. einNalt
um
die als Abstellung dienende ünterlagne wie Pensterbank, Blumen-
tisch od. dgl. gegen aus dem Topf nach unten dringende Feuchtigkeit
zu schütten und ein anderl um das ctonotona Bild des einfachen
aufzulockern, Aus dieeem Grunde wurden ei ; te-h
farbige oder besonders geformte Ubertöpfé gewählt. Die Ubertõpfe
sind unelastische so daß sie, soweit der Blumentopf etwas zu
groß
war, diesen Blumentopf, dor bekanntlich nach unten konisch
ist,
nur teilweise aufnehmen konnten, hierdurch war der ack der
Zierdeverfehlt,enn auhnachunten ablaufendes Wasser aufge-
fangen urde. Bei zu starkem Eindrucken eines solchen Blumentopfes
in einen, evtl. m kleinen Ubertopf, wurde dieser oft zerdruoktt
Vorwiegend aus Ton oder Keramik bestehend, konnte er naturgemäß
keinen hohen Widerstand entgegenaetzene War der Obertopf Im

gekehrten Falle gegenüber dem eigentlichen Topf zu groß, dann
verlor sich der eigentliche Blumentopf in dem obertopto wodurch
auch ein unaohönea Bild hervorgerufen wurde, abgesehen davon,
daß beim Herausnehmen des Blumentopfes tsuis dem Übertopf Schwieri,

ketten auftraten, weil der zu kleine Blumentopf in dem zu großen
Ubertopt gewissertaßen verBohwand. Oft wurde hierbei die eigent-
lichte Pflanze beschädigt, so da8"genau das Gegenteil von dem
er-
reicht wurde. was erreicht werden sollten
Zu Schaffung eines festen bertopfes wurden auch setallische
Ubertopfe-z. B in Gittertorm Mit geschloss nem Untersatz ver-

bunden-verwendet. Diese metallischen bertopfe waren ebenfalls
völlig unelastisch, ao daß sie nicht kleine Unterschiede in
der
Topfgroße selbst ausgleichen konnten, wodurch wieder ein unschöne
Bild bei Verwendung eines zu großen übertopfes oder umgekehrt
bei
Verwendunginee ? & kleinen übertopfee hervorgerufen wurde.

durch
Feuchtigkeit in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, während außerdem durch
die
Berührung nebeneinandergeseteter Töpfe die betreffende Ober-
flächen-Veredelung oder ckierung beschädigt und unansehnlich
wurde, so daß auch hier der Zweck eines übertopfes b2w, 8iertopfea
verfehlt war. Auch durch die aigentliohan Blumentöpfe werden
die
metallischen UbertSpfe durch die schmirgelnde Eigenschaft der
Blumentopfeinnen angegriffen, wodurch der ursprüngliche ober-
flächensohutz nach und nach entfernt und die betreffende Flache
der Verrostung preisgegeben wurde. Abgesehen davon waren die
me-
tallischen übertopf verhältniamasig sehr teuer.
Es tat der Zweck des vorliegenden Gebrauohsmusters, die vor-
beschriebenen 'belstände und Nachteile restloa auszuschließent
In neuartiger Gestaltung besteht die Wandung des neuen übertopfes
aus einem wasserunempfindliohen Material, wie Kunststoff od.

wobei die Mantelfläche in bestimmter Symmetrie und Aufteilung
wechselweiseDurohschlittsungen erfährt, während das Bodentil,
zweoktnKSig aue gleichem Material vollgestaltet bleibt, woduroh
ein guter Auffang des Pa welches aus dea eigentlichen Blumen-
topf nach unten dringt, gewährleistet ist. Durch die neuartige
Gestaltung des Mantels des Ubertopfee wird zunächst eine hohe
Elastizität erzielt, da dieser Mantal aioh auf Grund der Schlitzung
des elastischen Materiales leicht dehnen und entsprechend wieder
suaemnaensiehen Kann. dieser neue Ubertopt kann also far etwas
kleinere Töpfe Verwendung finden# da er in unbenutztem
Zustand
ungedehnt auch in seinem Umfange klein ist. Wenn der Topf nun
etwasgrößer auegefallen ist, schmiegt sich der bertopf seinem
Mantel elastisch an. so daß er auch gut pa Da die bekannten
Blumentöpfe auch nicht immer genau rund sind und evtl. auch
an-
dereUnebenheiten aufweisen, werden solche Ungenauigkeiten durch
den neuartigen übertopf elastisoh ausgeglichen und damit uoh
verdeckt, so daß immer ein schönes Bild vorhanden ist. Durch
Ein-
färbung des Materiales, m. B. plastischen Kunststoff, vom Ursprung
auslassen sioh Ubert8pfe in den schönsten Farben herateilent
so daß sie auch noch sehr gut als ZiertSpfe wirken. Durch die
Einfärbungdes Materiales ist eine Beeinträohtigung der Farbe
durch Feuchtigkeit oder mechanische Reibwirkung ausgeschlossen,
so daß das Bild die übertopfes stets ein ansprechendes bleibt.
