Pulverförmiges bzw. Schüttgut kommt in sogenannten Beutelpackungen
in den Verkehr, die meist von einer äußeren Packungsachaehtel umhHIlt sind. Letztere
kann als Faltschachtel ausgebildet sein bzw. einen Klebeversehluß aufweisen. Sie
hat im allgemeinen eine prismatische Form mit rechteckiger Standfläche ; derartige
Packungen füllen entsprechend bemessene Transportbehälter vollständig aus. Sie stutzen
sich dadurch in schonender Weise gegeneinander ab. Powdered or bulk goods come in so-called bag packs

dergelegt einen prismatischen Körper bilden.
Der Erfiadungagegenstand kann sweokmäSig aus für Ver-
packungaktlrper gebräuchlicher Pappe bestehen und in bekannter
Wè1S$ aut der Oberfldehe bedruckt sein. Alle Kanten sind
so miteinander verklebt, da sie das Paokungsgut staubdicht
sichern. Dadurch wird der bisher Ubliche Innenbeute erspart.
Die Standfläche 11 kannte aa. ch quadratisch ausgeführt sein.
Neuerungsgemäß ergibt sioh der Vorteil, daß die
Packung von der Frontseite aus die gleiche GrAss. und Aus-
stattung aufweist, wie eine prismatische Packung. FUr die
Beschriftung kann die rechteckige Fläche voll ausgenutzt wer-
den. erp&ckungatechnisoh fallen zwei aneinanderelegte
Packungen den Raum für eine prismatische Packung voll aue,
wobei sich die Packungen gegeneinander abetätzeng, was Be-
schädigungen ausschließt. Die senkrechte Frontseite wirkt
verkaufafordsrndt da der eindruck einer grossen Packung ent-
steht. in wesentlicher Vorteil ist ferner, daß die Frontsei-
te 12 beia Entleeren der Paokung eine grosso ebene Fläche
bietet, &uf der sich das Sohttut gleichmässig verteilt.
