Es ist üblich, inHaushaltkS.chen neben dem Gas- oder Elektroherd einen
sogenannten "Zusatzherd" aufzustellen, der im Winter sowohl zur Raumheizung, als
auch zum Kochen benutzt wird. Zur besseren Wärmeausnutzung sind diese Herde mit
einem Sturz- und Steigezug versehen. Sie werden je nach der örtlichen Situation
sowohl auf der rechten, als auch linken Seite des Hauptherdes angeordnet und gestatten
eine. dreifache Anschlußmöglichkeit an den Schornstein. Üblicherweise sind für Anordnung
rechts oder links zwei verschiedene Modelle nötig. Es sind auch Konstrutkionen bekantn,
die durch Umbau, bezw. Versetzen der Zugwand des Sturzzuges sowohl für rechter,
als auch linken Anschluß gerichtet werden können.-
Demgegenüber ist die Bauart gemäß vorliegender Anmeldung
ohne jede Änderung für rechte und linke Anordnung geeignet
und besitzt 4 Anschlußmöglichkeiten fur das Rauchrohr.--

den zugehörigen Längsschnitt. Die Rauchgase gelangen zunächst
in den Sturzzug 1, steigen im Steigezug 2 hoch und ziehen
durch eine der 4 Abzugsöffnungen in den Schornstein ab. Durch
die Anordnung des Sturzzuges innerhalb des Steigezuges ist
es möglich, letzteren nur um wenigen größer zu halten, als
der Durchmesser des Abzugsstutzens beträgt, wodurch die Herd-
tiefe gering gehalten werden kann.
