Bei diesen Maschinen befindet eich an dem satz- trog ein auelegerartiger Vorbau, über den hinweg der die zu ätzende Platte enthaltende Plattenhalter in die Maadhine ein-und aus ihr ausgeführt wird und der auch als Auflage bei der Überprüfung der Platten inbezug auf ihre Ätzwirkung dient. Dieser Vorbau ist bei diesen Maschinen in einer festen Verbindung mit dpm Ätztrog vorgesehen, bildet also mit dem Ätztrog ein Ganzes. Diese Ausbildung ist für den Transport und Versand der Maschine nachteilig, und zwar bildet der auslegerartige Vorbau nicht nur einen sperrigen Teil, sondern es besteht vor allem die Gefahr, daß dieser Vorbau abgebrochen werden kann. . Der Ätztrog 1 ist vorzugsweise aus Kunstharzprccsmasee-Platten in kastenförmiger Ausführung gebildet und beispielsweise auf einem Holzgestell 2 angeordnet. Auf diesem Holzgestell amd die Lager 3 vorgesehen, in denen die Welle 4 für das im Innern des Ätztroges 1 umlaufende Schaufelrad 5 gelagert ist.
