Claims (1)

  1. 85 107 529.1 EPO 197 WK/eg
    PATENTANSPRÜCHE
    für die Vertragsstaaten BE, CH, DE, FR, GB, IT, LI,
    LU, NL, SE
    1. 5-(4-Fluorbenzoy1)-1,2,4-trimethyl-3-pyrrolcarbonsäure der Formel I
    ( I
    und ihre nichttoxischen Salze mit anorganischen Kationen oder solche, die sich von organischen Basen oder Aminosäuren ableiten.
    2. Verfahren zur Herstellung der Verbindung I, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß man Ethyl-1,4-dimethyl-5-(4-fluorbenzoyl)-3-ethoxycarbonylpyrrol-2-acetat zu l,4-Dimethyl-5-(4-fluorbenzoyl)-3-ethoxycarbonylpyrrol-2-essigsäure hydrolysiert, welche man sodann mittels heißem Alkali decarboxyliert.
    '3. Arzneimittel mit analgetischer Aktivität, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß es als Wirkstoff die Verbindung der Formel I oder ein Salz davon im Gemisch
    mit pharmazeutisch annehmbaren Trägern und Excipitientien enthält.
    4. Arzneimittel nach Anspruch 3 zur oralen Verabreichung in Form von Kapseln, Tabletten, Sirups, Tropfen, welche 25 bis 500 mg der Verbindung I oder das Äquivalente der Salze davon pro Einheitsdosis enthalten.
    5. Arzneimittel nach Anspruch 3 zur Verabreichung auf rektalem Weg in Form von Suppositorien und Microclismen, die 50 bis 1000 mg der Verbindung I oder das Äquivalente der Salze davon enthalten.
    6. Arzneimittel nach Anspruch 3 zur parenteralen Verabreichung in Form von Ampullen oder Fläschchen, die 25 bis 500 mg der Verbindung I oder das Äquivalente der Salze davon enthalten.
