Bei den bisher bekannten Block-
bandsägen wird das Sageband dureh F'ahrangsklötze geführt,
wobei
eine sehr grosse Reibang auftritt-, wodurch ein grosser Sraft-
aufwand erforderlich ist nd insbesondere ein groaaer erschleiss
der klotz eintritt.
Um di-ese thelstände zu-vermeiden,
wird neaeransemBssbeanprachtdass anstatt der ? ahrcnge-
kiste an der Inneren Seite desSSgebandes drehbare Rollen
angeordnet sind, die das Sägeband an der Innenseite nicht
. nur fahren sendexn aBch spannen, wodurch ie bisher bekann-
ten PMn-w2&aklbtz-e völlig vermieden-worden.
Durch 4ie Anordnang der Druckrollen
ist jeglicher Verachleias vermieden, des weiteren ist eine
äußerst geringe Reibung erzielt, wodurch wiederam eine geringere
Beansprnchang des Sägebandes erzielt ist and weiterhin eine
Er-
wärmang desselben and somit ein Sichverspannen des Sägeblattes

Ein AasfahrNngsbeispiel ist in der
Zeichnung dargestellt und zwar zeigt die Abbildung die Blockband-
säge im Aafriss in. Ansieht.
Wie an sich bekannt, ist daß Säge-
band a um die Laufräder b endlos angeordnet, wobei neuerungs-
gemäß an der Innenseite des Sägebandes Brackrollen c angeord-
net sind, die einerseits leicht drehbar and andererseits, um
eine entsprechende Spannang des Sägebandes zu erzielen, auch
verschiebbar angeordnet sein können.
