Die Neuerung bezieht sieh aof Brofilschienen in die Wider-

Solche rofilshienen eignen sieh inebesendere far 3'asehenab
lagen, doch können sie. beisp1e1awe1se auch fUr Gepäckhalterf
Gar-
deroben c. dg, Verwendug finden.
Bei Profilschienen dieser Art hat es sich gezeigt, daß sie
trots der verhäItnismäSig großen Festie it. des verwendeten
Werkstoffes bei hoher Belastung eingeknickt bzw. eingedrückt
wer-
den.
Die Neuerung bezweckt. diese Nachteile zu beseitigen ; sie
be
steht darin, daß man die Profilschienen mit TerstSrkungsrippen
auesta. ttet. die den Widerlagern gegenS. berliegen und so
bemessen
sind, daß die Trefilschienen selbst bei höchster Beanspruchung
sieht mehr eingedrSekt bsw. eingeknikt werden k8nnen.
Pertigongateehnisch sowie in Bezug auf Festigkeit ist es da-
bei. von Vorteil, die Schiene und die Verstärkungerippe aus
einem
Stalk herzustellen.
Besonders gumtige Brgebnisse hineiehtlich der Belastunge-
fSni eit md der Seitensteifigkd der 2rotilochiene sind gemäß
der Beur dttreh eine -frmige ? arsteifunsrippe za erreichen

da bekanntlich ein T-Profil sowohl in waagerechter als auch
in
senkrechter Richtung sehr widerstandsfähig ist.

Wie aus Pig. 1 ersichtlich$ besteht die Profilsehiene 1 aus
einem kastenförmigen Gebilde, das auf seiner Unterseite geschlitzt
ist und auf einer Konsole 2 ruht In dem Hohlraum dieser Schiene

befindet sih ein stirnseitig eingesetztes Widerlager 3) dessen
nach unten geriehtete Wände 4 (auf der Zeichnung ist nur eine
Wand
sichtbar) die Konsole 2 gabelartig umfassen. Auf der diesem
Wider-
lager 3 gegenüberliegenden Seite weist die Profilaöhiene 1
eine
förmige Verstärkungsrippe 5 auf, deren Querbalken 6 unten liegt.

schließt. Dabei stützt sich das Widerlager 3 mit flügelähnlichen
Ansätzen 8,9 auf Randteile 10,11 der Schiene l, während der Kopf der Schraube 7
(sieht sichtbar) auf der Konsole 2 ruht. Um die Formbeständigkeit des Profiles zu
gewährleisten. ist die Schraube
7 so lang ausgebildete daß sie im angesogenen 2ustaad den Quer-
balken 6 unterstützt (in Figl verdeckt).
