    Gegenstand : Torsionspendel mit originellen Gewiehtsfiguren.
    Beschreibung : Im Gegensatz zu den bisher üblichen geometrischen
    Figuren sollen bei dem neuen Pendel originelle Figuren, wie zum Beispiel Trachtenfiguren, Tierfigaren oder ähnliches verwendet werden. Die Figuren werden je nach Grosse und Art aus den dazu geeigneten beliebigen Werkstoffen hergestellt.
  • Zweck : Die Figuren dienen, ausser zar Zierde, als Gewichte, die zur Regulierung des Pendels notwendig sind. Es soll damit ein wesentlicher Kaufanreiz erzielt werden durch die Verwendung beispielsweise von Trachten aus allen Ländern oder sonstige originelle bunte Figuren.
    Schutzanspruch : Die Verwendung von originelle Figuren

Claims (1)

  1. als Gewichte für Torsionspendel soll unter Schutz gestellt werden unter Berücksichtigung folgender Punkte*. a) Verwendung beliebiger Figurent die Menschen, Tiere, Pflanzen oder sonstige originelle Gegenstände darstellen. b) Verwendung von beliebigen Werkstoffen einfarbig oder bunt bemalt oder mit sonstiger Oberflächenbehandlung.
