The present device is intended to be used to remove wet or damp cardboard of all kinds, strong wrapping paper, as well as wood pulp and other similar paper making materials.

It essentially consists of a number of drying cylinders heated by steam, over, each of which - a wire screen moves endlessly and which are arranged so that the "cardboard, etc., is turned over when passing from one cylinder to the other.

The apparatus is shown in two views in the accompanying drawing. The from. The wet cardboard is fed into the machine from the feed table G by the worker standing on the step F. The first lower guide roller of the drying cylinder C is located just above this point. The cardboard rising upwards from the cylinder A is consequently gripped by the cylinder C and the relevant roller and pulled by the second guide roller between the cylinder and the wire screen.
