Description

Sealing and retaining profile for putty-free glazing The present invention relates to the stepless and screwless fastening of glass panes, wall cladding panels and parapet elements in metal structures made from commercially available profiles, in particular the stepless and screwless glazing of industrial windows.

In the case of putty-free glazing of industrial halls, the assembly times have been considerably shortened compared to conventional putty glazing , so that this type of glazing has become increasingly important. ..As a rule , hot and cold-rolled special profiles are used in which sealing cords are inserted, to which the panes of glass are usually screwed on strips or hat profiles are pressed. As advantageous serve Nonstruktiones ianer are too, so they also paid attention to borrowed defects b ». Have disadvantages. So for example are the special profiles to be specially made for this are very expensive; There are still expensive operations, such as drilling, thread cutting and screwing in screws with the associated annoying damage to the screw slots or screw heads 1o24) to produce window constructions in which -nink steel profiles acting as glazing beads can be fastened without screws and yet sufficiently securely.

It is contact an object of this invention überalle purchasable from Zager angle and T-steel profiles for the = production of solchen'Fenster- and continuous constructions comparable, in which the discs without cement and serving as glazing beads spelled steel profiles without screws, but any can often be releasably and securely attached . This object is achieved erf indungsgemäes in that a both as a sealant such as, functioning as a holding profile special profile of an elastic material _z.B. Neoprene, PVC or the like is glued to the web and leg of angular and / or T-steel profiles, or attached according to the properties of the material, so that the ends of the outer sealing lip and the continued Llsbelasche, which are normal to each other and have an axillary hook-like profile, are pressed in , angle steel profiles serving as glazing beads offer sufficient support. Such a system eats extent of great economic Meaning than the use of situationally managed acting customary steel profiles makes the production mostly very expensive - rung profiles - unnecessary on the one hand, and on the other hand the necessary - operations of this kind. can be reduced to a minimum and at the same time simplified to an extent that not only unskilled workers are used, but both in production and in. Assembly considerable savings in working time can be achieved. -The invention is explained in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawing. The figures show: FIG. FIG. II shows a section along the line XX in FIG. I; FIG. Fig. III a special profile made of elastic material, eg neoprene, PVC or similar, in a non-installed state. The following are also designated: with (1) a frame-forming angle steel profile according to DIN lo29, with (2) a rung and / or optionally frame-forming T-steel profile according to DIN 1024, with (3) a sealing and holding profile according to Fg. III with at least One outer (4) and one inner (5) sealing lip each -. The back of the outer sealing lip (4) has a barb-like profile (7), which is combined with the barb-like profile (8) at the end of the elongated adhesive flap as a glass retaining bead (9) angled steel profile according to DIN lo28 offers sufficient support. Glass panes (1o) can be exchanged at any time with this type of screwless fastening of the glazing beads. In a first application example, the legs and webs of frame-forming, simple and commercially available ones are grounded Angle and / or (profiles made of metallic material so with an elastic profile according to the invention made of neoprene, Neich PVC or similar suitable materials coated that there is between the sealing lips (4, 5 and 6) Sensitive glass panes (lo) -of acting as glazing beads simple -angle lprof11en (9) @, between the barbed-like Ends of the outer sealing lip (7) and the extended adhesive tab '($) anchored, be held sufficiently securely. There are other possible uses when folding. Any structural parts made of metal and / öden $ etön finite a sealing and sealing according to the invention Haiteprö @ fl gladly. Fig. III are provided and'that not only Glass panes, plates and Jand elements can be learned without screws attached and sealed without putty.
