B. Endverschlüsse, anstatt aus Metallen, aus glasfaserverstärkten Kunststoffen, insbesondere Polyester-Preßmassen, herzustellen. Solche Kabelgarnituren werden z. beschichtet ist.
Als vorzugsweise Beschichtungs-Kunststoffe können Hochpolymere, z. B. Gummi, Polysulfide und ähnliche
Elastomere, insbesondere aber Polyolefine oder deren Derivate, z. B. Polyäthylen, Copolymere des Äthylens
