Abstract
Verwendung eines Treibmittels, umfassend: (a) mindestens ein Fluoralken der Formel I: XCFzR3-z (I)wobei X für einen ungesättigten, substituierten oder unsubstituierten C1-, C2-, C3-, C4- oder C5-Rest steht, R jeweils unabhängig voneinander für Cl, F, Br, I oder H steht und z für 1 bis 3 steht, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Verbindung dann, wenn in der Verbindung Br vorliegt, keinen Wasserstoff enthält, für Duroplastschaumstoff.
Claims (16)
- Verwendung eines Treibmittels, umfassend: (a) mindestens ein Fluoralken der Formel I:
wobei X für einen ungesättigten, substituierten oder unsubstituierten C1-, C2-, C3-, C4- oder C5-Rest steht, R jeweils unabhängig voneinander für Cl, F, Br, I oder H steht und z für 1 bis 3 steht, mit der Maßgabe, dass die Verbindung dann, wenn in der Verbindung Br vorliegt, keinen Wasserstoff enthält, für Duroplastschaumstoff.XCFzR3-z (I) - Verwendung nach Anspruch 2, wobei die Verbindung HFCO-1233 umfasst.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 3, wobei das HFCO-1233 HFCO-1233zd oder HFO-1233xf umfasst, wobei das HFCO-1233zd vorzugsweise cis-HFCO-1233zd und/oder trans-HFCO-1233zd umfasst.
- Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Treibmittel ferner mindestens ein Adjuvans aus der Gruppe bestehend aus einem oder mehreren Cotreibmitteln, einem oder mehreren Tensiden, einem oder mehreren Polymermodifikatoren, einem oder mehreren Zähigkeitsvermittlern, einem oder mehreren Farbmitteln, einem oder mehreren Farbstoffen, einem oder mehreren Löslichkeitsverbesserern, einem oder mehreren Rheologiemodifikatoren, einem oder mehreren Weichmachern, einem oder mehreren Mitteln zur Unterdrückung der Entflammbarkeit, einem oder mehreren antibakteriellen Mitteln, einem oder mehreren die Viskosität reduzierenden Modifikatoren, einem oder mehreren Füllstoffen, einem oder mehreren Dampfdruckmodifikatoren, einem oder mehreren Nukleierungsmitteln, einem oder mehreren Katalysatoren und Kombinationen von zwei oder mehr davon umfasst.
- Verwendung nach Anspruch 5, wobei das mindestens eine Cotreibmittel einen oder mehrere C3-C6-Kohlenwasserstoffe, die vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Isopentan, n-Pentan, Cyclopentan, Butan und Isobutan und Kombinationen von zwei oder mehr davon ausgewählt sind, umfasst und/oder wobei das mindestens eine Cotreibmittel einen oder mehrere C1-C4-H-FKWs, die vorzugsweise aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Difluormethan (H-FKW 32), Fluorethan (H-FKW 161), Difluorethan (H-FKW 152), Trifluorethan (H-FKW 143), Tetrafluorethan (H-FKW 134), Pentafluorethan (H-FKW 125), Pentafluorpropan (H-FKW 245), Hexafluorpropan (H-FKW 236), Heptafluorpropan (H-FKW 227ea), Pentafluorbutan (H-FKW-365), Hexafluorbutan (H-FKW 356), allen Isomeren aller dieser Substanzen und Kombinationen von zwei oder mehr davon ausgewählt sind, umfasst und/oder wobei das mindestens eine Cotreibmittel aus der Gruppe bestehend aus Wasser, CO2, FCKWs, H-CKWs, H-FCKWs, C1-C5-Alkoholen, C1-C4-Aldehyden, C1-C4-Ketonen, C1-C4-Ethern, Ameisensäuremethylestern, einem zweiten Fluoralken der Formel (I) und Kombinationen von zwei oder mehr davon ausgewählt ist.
- Verwendung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei die mindestens eine Verbindung der Formel I in der Zusammensetzung in Mengen von mindestens etwa 5 Gew.-%, bezogen auf das Treibmittel, vorliegt.
- Verschäumbare Zusammensetzung, umfassend einen Schaumbildner, der mindestens eine Duroplastschaumstoffkomponente und ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst, wobei die Duroplastschaumstoffzusammensetzung vorzugsweise mindestens eine zur Bildung eines Polyurethanschaumstoffs, eines Polyisocyanuratschaumstoffs oder eines Phenolschaumstoffs befähigte Zusammensetzung umfasst.
- Schaumstoffpremixzusammensetzung, umfassend Polyole und ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche.
- Verfahren zur Bildung eines Duroplastschaumstoffs, bei dem man einer verschäumbaren und/oder schäumenden Zusammensetzung ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche zugibt.
- Verfahren zur Bildung eines Polyurethan- oder Polyisocyanuratschaumstoffs, bei dem man ein Isocyanat, ein Polyol oder Polyolgemisch und eine Treibmittelzusammensetzung gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche und andere Substanzen wie Katalysatoren, Tenside, Flammschutzmittel, Farbmittel oder andere Additive zusammengibt.
- Vormischungszusammensetzung, umfassend (a) eine erste Komponente, die ein Isocyanat umfasst; und (b) eine zweite Komponente, die ein Polyol oder Polyolgemisch, ein Tensid, einen Katalysator, ein Flammschutzmittel und ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
- Verfahren zur Bildung eines Polyurethan- oder Polyisocyanuratschaumstoffs, bei dem man die erste Komponente und die zweite Komponente gemäß Anspruch 12 mischt.
- Verfahren zur Bildung eines einkomponentigen Schaumstoffs, vorzugsweise eines Polyurethanschaumstoffs, der ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche enthält.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Duroplastschaumstoffs nach einem der Ansprüche 10, 11, 12, 13 oder 14, bei dem das Treibmittel Isopentan, n-Pentan und/oder Cyclopentan umfasst.
- Duroplastschaumstoff, umfassend mehrere Polymerzellen und eine in mindestens einer der Zellen enthaltene Zusammensetzung, wobei die Zusammensetzung Folgendes umfasst: (a) mindestens ein Treibmittel gemäß einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei der Schaumstoff vorzugsweise aus Polyurethan-, Polyisocyanurat- und Phenolschaumstoff ausgewählt ist, wobei der Schaumstoff vorzugsweise in Form eines Blocks, einer Tafel, eines Laminats, einer am Ort vergießbaren Platte, eines durch Spritzen aufgebrachten Schaumstoffs, eines Hartschaumstoffs, eines offenzelligen Schaumstoffs, eines geschlossenzelligen Schaumstoffs, eines Weichschaumstoffs, eines Schaumstoffs mit verdichteter Randzone, eines Kühlschrankschaumstoffs, eines Plattenschaumstoffs, eines Kühlschrank/Gefrierschrank-Schaumstoffs und/oder eines Gefrierschrankschaumstoffs vorliegt.
