Description
Verfahren zum homogenen Verbinden von alten und frischen hydraulisch abbindenden Baustoffen mit Hilfe eines organischen Bindemittels Es ist bekannt, alten Beton mit frischem dadurch homogen zu verbinden, daß man dazwischen eine selbständige Zwischenschicht bildet. Diese Zwischenschicht kann aus Füllstoffen und Polyvinylacetat oder aus Mischpolymerisaten, wie Polyvinylacetat und Polyvinylchlorid oder Polyvinylacetat und Polyvinylarylsäureester bestehen. Die organischen Verbindungen werden hierbei in Form einer wäßrigen Dispersion verwendet. Man kann auch den alten Beton mit einer Mischung aus Polyvinylacetatemulsion und einer wäßrigen Lösung von Kondensationsharzen, vorzugsweise Harnstoffharz, grundieren. Alle diese Haftbrücken haben den Nachteil, daß sie nicht wasserfest sind. Bei Einwirkung von Feuchtigkeit wird Polyvinylacetat verseift oder verliert durch andere Gründe seine Haftung an den Beton. Die Haftfestigkeit von Polyvinylpropionat ist besser als die von Polyvinylacetat.
