Description
Verfahren zur Stabilisierung des Gehaltes an Lactucin im Milchsaft der Lactuca virosa oder in Teilen der lebenden Pflanzen oder in der ganzen lebenden Pflanze Es ist bekannt, daß die Bitterstoffe der Lactuca virosa, Lactucin und Lactukopikrin sehr leicht zerstört werden. Dabei ist von besonderer Bedeutung für die therapeutische Wirksamkeit nach Untersuchungen von A. W. Forst das Lactucin. Es wurde bisher angenommen, sowohl in eigenen Untersuchungen wie auch in der deutschen Patentschrift 671855, daß die Zerstörung des Lactucins auf einer Oxydation beruht, die unter Mitwirkung von Oxydasen geschieht.Process for stabilizing the lactucin content in the milk juice of Lactuca virosa or in parts of or in whole living plants Plant It is known that the bitter substances of Lactuca virosa, Lactucin and Lactukopikrin very easily destroyed. Damit ist aufgeklärt worden, warum das arzneilich verwendete Lactucarium außerordentlich unterschiedlich in der Wirkung war, denn das Lactucarium war ein Produkt des frischen Milchsaftes, der an der Sonne getrocknet, somit unter Einwirkung von UV-Licht bestrahlt wurde.
