Februar 1934· 173045 *-7. 3.34 Hiemit meldet der Unterzeichnete, Adam B e u s c h , Bauer in Eßfeld, Bezirksamt Ochsenfurt, Bayern, das int den Anlagen nachgebildete Modell an und beantragt dessen Uintragung in die Rolle für Gebrauchsmuster. Die Bezeichnung lautet: "Garbenbandverschluß Fix". Als neu wird beansprucht: Genanntee Garbenband bzw. Garbenbandverschluß ermöglicht ein schnelles und leicht auszuführendes Binden sämtlicher Ge= treide^arben mit der Hand und garan= tiert i.m Gegensatz zu vielen andoren Garbenbündftrn bezw. Verschlüssen un= bedingten Zusammenhalt der Garbe, wie durch zahlreiche Versuche nachgewie« sen wux'de. Ferner ist das Öffnen der Garbe durch leicht ausführbaren Hand« griff möglich. Das Binden mit dem neu en Garbenbandverschluß "fix" verursach keinerlei Schmerzen, Verletzungen und keine Ermüdung der Hand wie bei den bisher gebräuchlichen Verschlüssen» (■■· Schließlich ermöglicht der Verschluß eine nutzblringi« de Verwendung der sog. Preßschnüre, so daß jeder Lar ι l wirt seine Garbenbünder selbst herstellen kann. ' j ^ Wesentlich neu ist die Rille des Verschlußholzes, welche das feste Binden der Garbe auf leichtestem Wege ermöglicht. Der Verschluß kann sowohl in rechteckiger als auch in runder' Form hergestellt werden. Das Garben= band p*lbst kann entweder in der Rille direkt mittels Schleife befestigt werden oder dadurch, daß man das Band durch dlo öse (Loch) zieht.
