Description

B. bei dem unter dem Namen »Danziger Goldwasser« bekannten farblosen, mit Blattgoldflittern durchsetzten Gewürzlikör der Fall ist. Bei solchen kohlensäurefreien, nicht moussierenden Getränken, bereitet das Einbringen der Blattgoldflitter aber auch keine Schwierigkeiten und kann zu jedem Zeitpunkt der Herstellung erfolgen. Demgegenüber ist dies bei moussierenden Getränken, wie Schaumwein, nicht der Fall, und es bedurfte langwieriger Versuche, um ein neues Verfahren zu finden, das auch bei diesen Getränken das Einbringen des Blattgoldes ermöglicht.It is already known that spirits contain the finest gold leaf particles to move, as it z.
