Description
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Lagerung für die Wellenstümpfe bei Absperrklappen. Bei den bekannten Absperrklappen werden die Wellenstümpfe der Klappenscheibe auf beiden Seiten des Gehäuses zusammen mit ihren Lagern, z. B. Nadellagern, und ihren Abdichtungen, z. B. Nutringmanschetten, in einer Nabe des Gehäuses untergebracht. Es gehört auch schon zum Stand der Technik, jeden Wellenstumpf mit Lager und Abdichtung in einer besonderen Flanschnabe unterzubringen, die in die Nabe des Klappengehäuses genau passend eingesetzt ist.The invention relates to a storage for the stub shafts with butterfly valves. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß die Flanschnabe mit radialem Spiel in die Gehäusenabe eingesetzt und durch Paßstifte zentriert und mittels Schrauben am Gehäuseflansch befestigt wird. Auf diese Weise kann bei der Endmontage infolge des radialen Spiels der Flanschnabe in der Gehäusenabe die Klappenscheibe mit den Wellenstümpfen und den Flanschnaben bis zum dichten Abschluß der Scheibe an ihrem Gehäusesitz tierangeschoben werden, worauf dann die beiden Flansche durch Paßstifte zentriert und dann gemeinsam für die Halteschrauben gebohrt werden.
