Description

`Verbindung bei Einrohransehlüssen von Kältemaschinenverdampfern Die Erfindung betrifft eine Verbindung von Ein- rohranschlüssen von Kältemaschinenverdampfern zwischen dem Anschlußrohr aus Aluminium oder einer Aluminiumlegierung des Verdampfers, dem Saurohr aus Kupfer und dem Kapillarrohr aus Kupfer. Durch F i g. 5 und 6 der USA.-Patentschrift 2 760 346 ist bereits eine Verbindung dieser Art be- kanntgeworden. Es handelt sich dabei um einen so- genannten Einrohranschluß. Das vom Verdampfer kommende Aluminiumabsauarohr ist mit einem aus Kupfer bestehenden Rohrzwischenstück an dessen einem Ende stumpfverschweißt. Aus dem anderen Ende dieses Zwischenstücks ist das kupferne Kapil- larrolir seitlich tierausgeführt. Zugleich ist ein kupfernes Anschlußrohr, das zum Kompressor führt, in das Zwischenstück hineingesteckt. Alle drei Teile sind zusammen Bartverlötet. v Dabei müssen allerdings zwei Verbindungsstellen in Kauf genommen werden, die noch dazu zwei ver- schiedenartige Arbeitsgänge, nämlich Hartlöten und Stumpfschweißen, erforderlich machen. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine kostensparende und sichere Verbindung der genann- ten drei Elemente herbeizuführen. Diese Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch ge- löst, daß das Kupfersaugrohr und das Kupferkapillar- rohr an ein und derselben Stelle in das Aluminium- anschlußrohr hineinragen und durch ein Klebemittel mit letzterem verbunden sind. Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung ist in der Zeichnunu, dargestellt und wird im folgenden näher beschrieben. Es zeigt .-X li b. 1 einen Schnitt durch die Klebeverbindung, A b b. ' ' den Schnitt A -A aus A b b. 1. Das Ktipferkapillarrolir 1 wird im Inneren des zum Aluminiumverdampfer führenden Aluminiumabsaug- rohres 5 Geführt. Die dariestellte Herausführungsstelle des Kupfer- kapillarrohres 1 liegt an der Kompressorseite. In das auf,eweitete Ende des Aluminiumabsaugrohres 5 wird das zum Kompressor führende Kupferabsaug- rohr 6 und das herauszuführende Kapillarrohr 1 ein- gepaßt und verklebt. Die Verbindungsstellen zwischen den Teilen ver- schiedener Werkstoffe brauchen nicht gegen Kontakt- korro;ion geschützt zu werden, weil die isolierende Klebstoffschicht 8 einen elektrischen Kontakt zNvi- schen den beiden Werkstoffen verhindert.
