Abstract
Verbessertes Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Vorrichtung für die Herstellung von Essigsäure der Klasse, die ein Produktionssystem mit einem Reaktor, der ein Reaktionsmedium enthält, und einer Produktreinigungsstrecke aufweist, wobei das Produktionssystem zu einer Absorberkolonne entgast wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß:
(a) Carbonylieren von Methanol oder reaktiven Derivaten davon im Reaktor in Gegenwart eines Katalysators aus einem Metall der Gruppe VIII und eines Methyliodid-Promotors, wobei eine Wasserkonzentration im Reaktor von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% des Reaktionsmediums aufrechterhalten wird und gleichzeitig ein vorbestimmter Partialdruck von Kohlenmonoxid im Reaktor beibehalten wird;
(b) Ablassen von nicht-kondensierbaren Materialien aus dem Produktionssystem, so daß nur ein Abgas mit geringem Druck bereitgestellt wird;
(c) Leiten des Abgases mit geringem Druck aus dem Produktionssystem zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Abgas Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls weitere flüchtige Komponenten umfaßt;
(d) Zuführen eines Lösungsmittels für die Gaswäsche zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche Methanol, Methylacetat oder Gemische davon...
(a) Carbonylieren von Methanol oder reaktiven Derivaten davon im Reaktor in Gegenwart eines Katalysators aus einem Metall der Gruppe VIII und eines Methyliodid-Promotors, wobei eine Wasserkonzentration im Reaktor von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% des Reaktionsmediums aufrechterhalten wird und gleichzeitig ein vorbestimmter Partialdruck von Kohlenmonoxid im Reaktor beibehalten wird;
(b) Ablassen von nicht-kondensierbaren Materialien aus dem Produktionssystem, so daß nur ein Abgas mit geringem Druck bereitgestellt wird;
(c) Leiten des Abgases mit geringem Druck aus dem Produktionssystem zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Abgas Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls weitere flüchtige Komponenten umfaßt;
(d) Zuführen eines Lösungsmittels für die Gaswäsche zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche Methanol, Methylacetat oder Gemische davon...
Claims (5)
- Verbessertes Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Vorrichtung für die Herstellung von Essigsäure der Klasse, die ein Produktionssystem mit einem Reaktor, der ein Reaktionsmedium enthält, und einer Produktreinigungsstrecke aufweist, wobei das Produktionssystem zu einer Absorberkolonne entgast wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß: (a) Carbonylieren von Methanol oder reaktiven Derivaten davon im Reaktor in Gegenwart eines Katalysators aus einem Metall der Gruppe VIII und eines Methyliodid-Promotors, wobei eine Wasserkonzentration im Reaktor von 1 bis 10 Gew.-% des Reaktionsmediums aufrechterhalten wird und gleichzeitig ein vorbestimmter Partialdruck von Kohlenmonoxid im Reaktor beibehalten wird; (b) Ablassen von nicht-kondensierbaren Materialien aus dem Produktionssystem, so daß nur ein Abgas mit geringem Druck bereitgestellt wird; (c) Leiten des Abgases mit geringem Druck aus dem Produktionssystem zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Abgas Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls weitere flüchtige Komponenten umfaßt; (d) Zuführen eines Lösungsmittels für die Gaswäsche zur Absorberkolonne, wobei das Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche Methanol, Methylacetat oder Gemische davon umfaßt; (e) Inkontaktbringen des Abgases mit geringem Druck mit dem Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche, wodurch Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls zusätzliche flüchtige Komponenten aus dem Gas entfernt und Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls zusätzliche flüchtige Komponenten in das Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche absorbiert werden; und (f) Leiten eines Rückführungsstroms des Absorbers, der Lösungsmittel für die Gaswäsche und absorbiertes Methyliodid und gegebenenfalls zusätzliche absorbierte flüchtige Komponenten umfaßt, zum Reaktor.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Katalysator aus einem Metall der Gruppe VIII ein getragener Katalysator ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei der Katalysator aus einem Metall der Gruppe VIII ein getragener Rhodiumkatalysator ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Rhodiumkatalysator auf einem vernetzten Polyvinylpyrrolidonpolymer getragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, wobei der Rhodiumkatalysator auf einem vernetzten Polyvinylpyridinpolymer getragen wird.
