Description
Skin cleansers It is well known that the usual skin cleansers, which are based on detergent raw materials of various kinds, such as. B. Fatty alcohol sulfates, fatty acid condensation products, monoglyceride sulfates, fatty acid alkylolamide sulfates, Alkylarylsulfonates, alkylsulfonates, nonionic substances, etc., alone or in Mixture with each other and the various additives, among also contain soaps, dermatologically unfavorable side effects. These The aim has always been to remedy disadvantages and therefore blended those in liquid, pasty or solid form detergents produced with different structures Superfatting agents and colloidal substances, such as. B. cellulose derivatives, etc. Such skin cleansing agents show an improvement in their practice Properties, but still leave a more or with prolonged use less tense feeling on the skin.
It has now been found that skin cleansing agents can be obtained without these disadvantages obtained in long-term use by using the detergents usually composed Adds amino acids. While the addition of individual amino acids, such as. B. Glycocolla, Leucine, tyrosine, glutamic acid, cystine, only a slight improvement on their own brings, practice shows that the addition of a complete mixture of natural Amino acids as found in the skin, i.e. tyrosine, leucine, isoleucine, tryptophan, Proline, oxyproline, citrulline, glycocolla, alanine, valine, serine, threonine, cystine, Taurine, methionine, phenylalanine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid, lysine, arginine, Histidine and ornithine cause a significant improvement. As far as amino acids, such as B. cystine, leucine, isoleucine, tryptophan, which are practically very difficult or are only soluble in the greatest dilution, must be used in colloidal form State to be transferred. Example 1 A mixture of amino acids containing 7.19 / o Glycocolla, 2.9% alanine, 6.3% valine, 7.1% leucine, 4, So / o isoleucine, 4.6% serine, 4.1% Threonine, 0.6% cystine, 9.2% methionine, 5.1% phenylalanine, 3.0% tyrosine, 1.4% tryptophan, 9.2% proline, 1.9% oxyproline, 6.00! O aspartic acid, 17.1% glutamic acid, 7.1% lysine, 6.2% arginine, 2.0% histidine, 0.30.'o citrulline, 0.5% taurine, 0.2% ornithine from an approximately 2% aqueous solution in vacuo in the presence of wetting agents evaporated to a solids content of about 201%. This solution is called in the hot State before the amino acids crystallize out liquid, pasty or Bar-shaped skin cleansing agent an amount of 0.3 to 10;%, based on the Amount of skin cleanser, added. The amino acids now stay in colloidal Distribution. Example 2 A 2% aqueous solution of an amino acid mixture of 7.1% glycine, 2.9% anine, 6.3% valine, 7.1% leucine, 4.5% isoleucine, 4.6% serine, 4.1% threonine, 0.6% cystine, 9.2% / a methionine, 5.1% phenylalanine, 3.0% tyrosine, 1.4% tryptophan, 9.2% proline, 1.9% oxyproline, 6.0% aspartic acid, 17.1% glutamic acid, 7.1% lysine, 6.2% arginine, 2.0% histidine, 0.3% citrulline, 0.5% taurine, 0.2.0% Ornithine is made in a vacuum with the addition of 0.1 to 0.2% polypeptides or protein breakdown products of high molecular weight with at least 10 amino acid groups in the molecule to about 20% Solid content evaporated.
The solution obtained in this way is added to the skin cleanser in one dosage incorporated from 0.3 to 10%. The amino acids stay in this colloidal state Distribution. Example 3 A mixed solution of the amino acids mentioned in Example 1 is before crystallizing in the hot state in an amount of 0.5% with 2% glycocolla added to the liquid, pasty or bar detergent. Example 4 A liquid, pasty or bar detergent is set to 2.0 % Glycocolla and 1% glutamic acid too.
Skin cleansers made according to these examples, give the skin - contrary to the common body washes - to the Wash a natural, skin-healthy feeling. The appearance of tension or Irritation is largely avoided, so that - as clinical examinations have shown - Skin sufferers, such as B. eczematics or those afflicted with furunculosis are able to use such skin cleansers without hesitation. Come in addition, that the normal acidity of the skin surface through the buffering effect of the amino acids due to their amphoteric properties is not disturbed and thus the natural pH of the skin is maintained. Thus produced skin cleansing agents represents a significant technical advantage.
