Außerdem sollen handelsübliche Geräte, wie Aufnahmekamera, Projektoren, Tonbandgeräte, allenfalls mit geringfügigen Abänderungen (Einbau von Schaltkontakten), Verwendung finden können. Die so notierten Marken charakterisieren genau die zeitliche übereinstimmung von Bildphasen bezüglich der Tonspur. Es sind dann auf dem Tonträger ebenso viele Marken vorhanden, als Bilder in der Aufnahmekamera abgelaufen sind. Bei der Wiedergabe werden die Marken des Tonbandes jeweils als notwendige Bildzahl dem Projektor vorgegeben. Das Zusatzgerät vergleicht die vom Tonbandgerät vorgegebene Zahl der Bilder mit der im Projektor abgelaufenen Bildzahl und steuert den Projektor je nach Differenz plus oder minus. Dieser absolute Vergleich kann mechanisch, z. B. durch Schrittschaltwerke, erfolgen.It is completely irrelevant what kind of brands are (direct current, audio frequency or supersonic pulse).
