Description

Es sind Narkosegeräte bekannt, die mit einem Verdampfer für das bei normaler Temperatur flüssige Narkosemittel ausgerüstet sind. Dabei wird ein Teil des Gases durch den Verdampfer geführt, während ein anderer Teil des Gases im sogenannten By-Pass am Verdampfer vorbeigeführt und mit dem durch den Verdampfer geführten Gas wieder vereinigt wird. Zur Regelung des Verhältnisses der Gasmengen, die einerseits durch den Verdampfer und die andererseits durch den By-Pass strömen, dienen in diese Leitungen eingeschaltete, festeingestellte bzw. verstellbare Drosseln. Eine Ausführungsform dieser Geräte besteht darin, daß die By-Pass-Leitung mit einer konstanten Drossel versehen ist, während andererseits in die Abgangsleitung des Verdampfers ein Regelventil eingeschaltet ist. Diese Geräte haben den Nachteil, daß bei ihrer Verwendung im Zusammenhang mit Geräten zur künstlichen Beatmung Druckschwankungen im Verdampfer auftreten, die zu einer Pendelbewegung des Gases sowohl in dem durch den Verdämpfer gehenden Gasweg als auch in dem durch den By-Pass gehenden Gasweg führen. Diese Pendelbewegungen können unter anderem dazu führen, daß verdampftes Narkosemittel über die Gaszugangsleitung zum Verdampfer in die By-Pass-Leitung gelangt. Dadurch wird die Einstellung des Gehaltes des Narkosegasgemisches am Narkosemittel unkontrollierbar verändert.There are known anesthesia machines with a vaporizer for the liquid at normal temperature Anesthetics are equipped.
